Jordan 1 Retro Low OG

This Jordan 1 Retro Low OG is a low-top rendition of the original Chicago colourway whose blend of red, white and black gives it a strong look. It is built upon a Varsity Red outsole with grippy rubber lugs looping around the heel and a Nike-branded indentation through the centre. Meanwhile, concentric circles mark the forefoot, providing traction that facilitates freedom of movement alongside a solid step. Above this, the comfort-giving midsole comes in white, presenting an iconic tonal contrast, its upper edge decorated with a line of white stitching to visually distinguish it from the upper.

Premium leather panels in a trio of hues constitute the upper, firstly through the white toe box, which is filled with lines of breathable perforations, and the similarly coloured midfoot panels, each of which has a diagonal line of white stitching woven across it. Varsity Red overlays can then be seen in the forefoot and the heel, with the eyestay exhibiting the same vivid shade of red. Black laces tie up through this last feature, before threading through the forefoot overlays that wrap up from the midsole to cover the eyestay’s lower end. At the back of the shoe, the heel panel overlaps with the heel counter, a glossy black set of Jordan Wings printed onto its surface.

The topline of the collar appears in black, its soft material extending downwards to cover the inner walls and provide cosy comfort around the foot. Switching to white, the insole hosts Nike branding in Varsity Red, while the tongue label above it flips this colour arrangement, with white text on a vibrant red background. The tongue itself is white, thus bringing more tonal variation over the top of the foot. Lastly, the white flanks are adorned with large black leather swooshes to conclude the bold styling of this classic colourway.
