Nike Dunk High

This Nike Dunk High comes in a smart two-tone colour scheme, for a sophisticated look. The majority is covered in shades of black, with white highlights bringing a tonal variation that has seen the sneaker given the nickname Black Panda. The two colours alternate across the sole unit first of all, with black moving through the various grip formations of the outsole and white the textured exterior of the foam-filled midsole. While these two features combine to offer the wearer both comfort and stability, the upper adds an appealing sleekness so that style is also accounted for.

Premium synthetic leather spreads across the upper, with a deep black coating the overlays of the forefoot and heel, as well as the eyestay, and the underlayer hosting an ever so slightly lighter shade of black. This foundational piece of leather is visible in the toe box, which has a fan of ventilation holes for breathability at the front of the foot, the midfoot panels and the top part of the heel. This section holds four parallel lines of stitching that arc from beneath one side of the rear overlay to then disappear below the other, mimicking the shape of the white swooshes above them. These lively Nike logos emerge from either side of a black leather heel pull, before stretching dynamically along the flanks. Cutting across the middle of each is a thin line of black stitching which skirts the front edge of the rear overlay.

Meanwhile, more intricate stitching can be seen connecting the overlays to the rest of the upper, sometimes in single bands of thread, sometimes in double ones. This handcrafted look continues on the nylon tongue, which is decorated in a cloudy grey known as Anthracite. A woven tongue tag in the same hue has Nike text sewn through it, and within, the whole lining of the shoe is blanketed in a dark mesh. Anthracite branding can be seen on the insole, and a set of white laces finishes things off by creating a spectacular contrast over the top of the foot.
